I just found this after realizing that my insomnia has been basically cured after epithalon. I had literally years of sleep maintenance insomnia, waking up every single night from 2 to 4 am. I did one cycle of epithalon earlier this yaer (and didn’t even finish it because it was making me feel a bit weird) and now I sleep like a baby through the night. I do supplement with 50 mg of trazodone and I am scared to quit that… I may try to eventually taper down, but that originally wasn’t strong enough to get me sleeping through the night so who’s to say how much it actually keeps me asleep. Epithalon was my miracle cure.
