KPV is a tripeptide composed of just three amino acids: Lysine (K) – Proline (P) – Valine (V). It’s derived from the larger peptide hormone alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), a key regulator in immune and inflammatory responses.
1. Gut Health & Inflammation
2. Skin Repair & Wound Healing
3. Systemic Anti-Inflammatory Effects
4. Recovery & Performance
KPV stands out because it can be applied orally, topically, or systemically—making it one of the most versatile research peptides in the inflammation and repair category.
KPV has attracted attention because of its wide-ranging effects on inflammation control, tissue repair, and immune balance. Unlike blunt anti-inflammatories, it works as a regulator—restoring equilibrium without fully suppressing the immune system.
Summary
KPV is one of the simplest peptides in structure, yet one of the most powerful when it comes to controlling inflammation and supporting recovery. As a fragment of α-MSH, it carries forward the anti-inflammatory properties of its parent molecule without the added hormonal effects, making it a clean and targeted regulator.
While human research is still limited, early findings suggest that KPV may become an important tool in managing inflammation and improving recovery. It is less about forcefully shutting the immune system down and more about resetting it to balance, creating the conditions where true healing can take place.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a refrigerator at 2–8°C (36–46°F). For long-term storage, they should be kept in a freezer at -20°C (-4°F) or below. Once reconstituted, peptides must be stored in a refrigerator at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and should not be left at room temperature for extended periods.
Add 1mL of bacteriostatic water to get a solution that is 10mg/mL, such that every 0.1mL (10 units on an insulin syringe) is equal to 1mg of KPV.

Health all starts in the stomach. Having good gut health means having a healthy gut lining which helps reduces inflammation also helping conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis.

KPV felt like one of those products where the benefits were more subtle at first, but after a bit, I noticed I was just feeling better overall. Recovery felt smoother, and even things like general inflammation or that run-down feeling after tough training weeks seemed less noticeable. What I liked most was that it didn’t feel intense or overstimulating, just more like steady support in the background. Definitely one of the more underrated products I tried from the site.

Didnt expect much from this one at first, but it ended up being one of those products you appreciate more over time. Nothing super dramatic, just felt like recovery was smoother and I wasnt feeling as run down after harder weeks. Easy to add into the routine and never felt harsh or overstimulating. Solid if you’re looking for something more low-key but still useful.

I wasn’t expecting anything dramatic from KPV, but after using it consistently for a while, I started noticing small improvements that added up. I felt less beat up after hard training sessions, and overall recovery seemed a lot more manageable. There were also times where I just felt better day to day, especially during weeks when my body would normally feel worn down. What stood out to me was how subtle it was—nothing overwhelming, just a gradual improvement that became more noticeable over time. It’s not the flashiest product, but it’s definitely one I’ve been happy to keep using.

I have had so far with taking KPV for acne.
I’ve struggled with acne my whole life, mainly hormonal, and recently had a bad flare that wouldn’t calm down. I was about to go on spiro/accutane, but decided to try KPV as the side effects of those medications seemed quite bad, and a lot of people’s acne comes back once stopping the medication
After a lot of research, especially in regards to inflammation and gut health and everywhere saying acne starts in the gut – even hormonal acne is actually because of the gut – and a lot of suspicion of a histamine intolerance, I decided KPV would be the perfect peptide to try .
It’s been 2 weeks and my skin has completely calmed down, i am so shocked I have no active pimples and can now just focus on PIE and scars and redness. !!!! I am so so so grateful that this has worked for me, and it makes so much sense understanding acne , inflammation, and how KPV as a peptide works.
