Every NØX product is released through a controlled quality framework verifying identity, purity, consistency, endotoxin levels, and heavy metal content. Each batch undergoes analytical testing to confirm peptide composition prior to distribution, including independent laboratory verification using chromatographic and mass spectrometry methods. Only batches that pass internal quality review and release authorization enter circulation, reflecting our commitment to rigorous testing, documentation, traceability, and the continuous pursuit of uncompromising quality.

Tesamorelin is a stabilized synthetic analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) designed to stimulate endogenous growth hormone (GH) production through pituitary receptor activation. Originally developed by Theratechnologies, tesamorelin is widely studied in endocrine, metabolic, and body-composition research for its targeted effects on the somatotropic (GH–IGF-1) axis.
1. Stimulates Natural Growth Hormone Secretion
Tesamorelin binds to GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotroph cells, activating cAMP-dependent signaling that promotes physiological GH synthesis and release. This upstream mechanism supports natural hormone rhythms rather than replacing GH directly.
2. Preserves Pulsatile GH Release and Endocrine Balance
By stimulating the body’s own GH production, tesamorelin helps maintain normal pulsatile GH secretion, which is important for receptor sensitivity and long-term endocrine stability. This makes it valuable in studies of hypothalamic–pituitary feedback regulation.
3. Improves Body Composition Research Outcomes
GH signaling influences lipolysis and fat distribution. Tesamorelin is extensively studied for its effects on visceral adipose tissue reduction and overall body-composition changes, making it central to metabolic and obesity-related research.
4. Supports Lean Mass and Muscle Metabolism Studies
Through GH and downstream IGF-1 signaling, tesamorelin supports pathways involved in protein synthesis, muscle maintenance, and recovery. Researchers use it to examine lean mass preservation and musculoskeletal metabolism.
5. Enhances Metabolic Health Markers
Tesamorelin’s influence on GH can affect lipid metabolism, insulin dynamics, and energy utilization. Research explores its role in improving metabolic efficiency and cardiometabolic risk factors, particularly those linked to excess visceral fat.
6. Long-Acting, Stabilized Peptide Design
A structural modification improves tesamorelin’s stability and resistance to enzymatic degradation, allowing for consistent receptor engagement. This makes it useful for studying chronic GH axis modulation and peptide pharmacokinetics.
7. Maintains Normal Pituitary Function
Unlike exogenous GH administration, tesamorelin works within the body’s regulatory framework, preserving pituitary responsiveness and minimizing disruption to other pituitary hormones—an important feature for long-term endocrine research.
8. Valuable Tool in Aging and Hormonal Decline Research
GH levels decline with age. Tesamorelin is frequently studied in aging and longevity research to understand how restoring endogenous GH signaling may support body composition, metabolic health, and cellular repair pathways over time.
9. Supports Liver-Mediated IGF-1 Signaling Research
By increasing GH, tesamorelin indirectly raises IGF-1 production in the liver. This GH–IGF-1 interaction is central to studies of growth signaling, tissue repair, and metabolic regulation.
10. Widely Used in Endocrine and Metabolic Research
Tesamorelin is commonly used to study:
Somatotropic axis regulation
Visceral fat metabolism
GH pulse dynamics
Peptide stability and receptor kinetics
Endocrine feedback mechanisms
Summary
In research and clinical contexts, tesamorelin is valued for its benefits related to natural growth hormone stimulation, visceral fat reduction, improved body composition, metabolic regulation, and preservation of endocrine balance. Its stabilized GHRH-analog design makes it a key compound for advancing understanding of GH axis modulation and metabolic health.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a refrigerator at 2–8°C (36–46°F). For long-term storage, they should be kept in a freezer at -20°C (-4°F) or below. Once reconstituted, peptides must be stored in a refrigerator at 2–8°C (36–46°F) and should not be left at room temperature for extended periods.
Add 1mL of bacteriostatic water to get a solution that is 10mg/mL, such that every 0.1mL (10 units on an insulin syringe) is equal to 1mg of Tesamorelin.

ive been losing weight on reta but my stomach doesnt look toned or shaped like i want it to so i did some researched and found that tesamorelin is my answer. Helps release natural GH, combined with my continuous weight loss i was able to achieve the taper i wanted my stomach to look.

Tesamorelin ended up being one of the more interesting products I tried because the changes felt more like body composition improvements than just simple weight loss. After a few weeks, I noticed my midsection looked a bit leaner while still feeling strong in the gym, which was honestly what caught my attention most. Energy and recovery also felt better, especially on weeks where training volume was higher. From what I read, Tesamorelin is commonly studied for growth hormone support and visceral fat reduction, which is what made me curious enough to try it in the first place.

I originally looked into Tesamorelin because of the research around growth hormone release and changes in body composition. After using it consistently for a while, the biggest thing I noticed was that I seemed to be leaning out around my waist without feeling like I was losing strength or performance in the gym. My recovery between workouts also felt more reliable, which helped during periods of heavier training. The results weren’t overnight, but over time I started to notice gradual improvements that made it stand out from some of the other products I’ve tried. Overall, it was a really positive experience and one I’d consider using again.

Im enjoying this stack!!!! First 2 week only did 1mg just to get acclimated and prevent water retention. Not sure if it helped but never experienced Water Retention with Tesa (so far) but i feel less groggy and feel lighter.

Tesa is a tool that raises IGF-1 levels which can in turn preserves muscle mass in a calories deficit and potentially build lean muscle. Diet and training + tools like tesa create the perfect storm to burn fat and maintain muscle.
Its not going to change my BMI drastically however slowly over time its been helping maintain muscle mass while i work on burning the fat.

Wow I’m really impressed with the Tesa, I’ve had other brands as well, and they were definitely not as good, some don’t even see effects. But I’ve tried these guys Tesa for a month now, and its awesome. I actually haven’t had the time to train as much due to work, but this is giving me really good results considering the amount I’m actually putting in at the gym.

I became interested in Tesamorelin after reading about its potential effects on growth hormone production and body composition. What impressed me most was how gradual and consistent the changes felt. After using it for some time, I noticed my midsection becoming noticeably leaner while my strength and gym performance remained solid.
I also felt like my recovery was better, especially during weeks when I was training harder and more frequently. It wasn’t something that produced dramatic changes right away, but the steady progress over time was what made the experience worthwhile for me. Compared with other things I’ve tried, Tesamorelin stood out because the results felt consistent rather than short-lived. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would consider using it again.
